Batch Size

15 BBL is our standard brewhouse; comfortable up to 18 BBL. 20 BBL and 30 BBL require two brew days (double brewing fee + multi-batch staff cost) and are blended in fermenter or bright tank.

Can Size

Both sizes yield ~10.33 cases (24-pack) per BBL ≈ 248 cans/BBL gross. 10% loss is baked into per-unit pricing.

Add-Ons

CIP is included in the Brewing fee. Pasteurization is $25/BBL when bundled with packaging.

Label design and artwork services available for additional cost, quoted per project.

Can Type

Material costs flow through. Account for 5–10% loss to crushed cans, low fills, and seam issues.
